Fort Vancouver Regional Library First Friday Art

The Library apparently opens up a day or two each month to show art by invitation. I’d been alerted to this  before and didn’t jump on it. So with a second alert in hand in the form of an application to participate I assembled two lists and sent them over. One has larger art and one has smaller. Here’s what I offered to provide for the exhibit that comprises the smaller art pieces.

Cecila Napping   – oil on stretched canvas –  24″ X 18 “

Jaela Reading    –  Acrylic on stretched canvas –  36″ X 34″

Selfies Sisters  – oil on wood panel – 18″ x 24″

Larissa Portrait  – Oil on panel – 14″ X 12″

Rachael Beach Girl – Acrylic on stretched canvas – 36″ X 24″

Kayla Sitting – Oils on stretched canvas – 18″ X 24″

Esther at the Pond – Oil on stretched canvas – 12″ X 24″

Leah Touching Day – Oil on stretched canvas – 24″ X 22″

Leah, Violinist – Oil and Acrylics on canvas – 20″ X 40″

Circles – Acrylic and oils on canvas – 72″ X 36″
Artists statement:
I adore sweet people – the kind who revel in happiness and goodness and love and especially if they are children. I draw and paint them. I write of them.  I enjoy them. I look for ways to glorify and extol them and that is the core of my art.
