Red Pea had a good day. A useful day.
There was a 5k run and I was the fall back ride. I left the house at 4:30am and cut through the dimness of morning and country side sheet fog.
My runner got in and we were on our way, off to a good start.
To get enough seats for three, Red Pea was swapped for a cross over.
Later, on another jaunt, I took the s-curves to reach a barbeque.
And still later, I drove out to a river town and chatted with a family of friends until it was nearly dark. Then, on to home.
For many reasons, it was a very good day. This, despite that my cat Nickle met his end the day before.
